What you buy
Mora Lifetime is a one time digital license ($14.99). You get download access after payment. It is not a physical product and not a subscription.
No refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on Mora licenses for any reason, including change of mind, server bans, account issues, or unused keys.
By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you are buying digital content that is delivered immediately, and that you waive any expectation of a refund to the extent allowed by law.
Exceptions required by law
If a court or mandatory consumer law in your country requires a refund in a specific case, we will follow that law. That does not create a general refund option for other buyers.
Chargebacks
Open a Discord ticket before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks opened without contacting us first may lead to license revocation and a ban from support.
