Who we are
Mora runs a storefront for a paid Minecraft Fabric ghost client. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under EU/EEA rules (GDPR) where they apply.
What we collect
- Account data: email address, and if you use Google sign-in, basic profile info Google shares (usually name and email).
- Payment data: handled by a payment processor when checkout goes live. We do not store full card numbers on this site. We may keep purchase status, license id, and invoice references.
- Support data: messages you send by email or Discord (Discord is a separate service with its own policy).
- Technical data: basic server or host logs (IP, browser, timestamps) if the host provides them, plus cookies described on the Cookies page.
Why we use it (legal bases)
- Contract: create your account, deliver a license, provide updates you paid for.
- Legitimate interests: secure the site, prevent abuse, answer support requests.
- Legal obligation: keep records needed for tax or consumer law where required.
- Consent: optional cookies or marketing if we ever add them (we will ask first).
How long we keep it
Account and license records stay while your account is active and for a reasonable period after (often up to a few years for receipts and fraud checks). Support messages are kept as long as useful for the ticket. You can ask us to erase account data when the law allows. We may keep limited records if we must (for example unpaid disputes).
Who we share with
- Firebase / Google: authentication (Email/Password and Google Auth).
- Future payment processor: to take payment and issue receipts.
- Hosting / CDN: to serve this static site.
- Discord: only if you join and message us there.
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Providers such as Google Firebase may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where needed, they rely on standard contractual clauses or similar safeguards. Ask us if you want provider details once production services are fixed.
Your rights (EU/EEA)
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Open a Discord ticket to exercise rights. We may need to verify who you are.
Cookies
See our Cookies page. Essential cookies may be used for login (Firebase Auth). Analytics or ads cookies will not run without a clear notice and choice.
Children
This store is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 (or the higher age your country sets for digital consent). If you think a child created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
